During time I have been in the program, I have learned so much about a healthier lifestyle. Lisa has been so supportive, and encouraging every step of the way. I have knee problems, and Lisa has personalized exercises to prevent overexertion while strengthening them. I am seeing improvement every visit. Would definitely join another session.

At being 50+ I felt really nervous and scared of joining the challenge. Lisa has always encouraged me and made me feel comfortable. In 6 weeks she has helped me understand where I was lacking in my food choices, helped me with all the different exercises and is always available to answer my questions and help me. I would recommend joining her 12 week challenge no matter what level you are at, Lisa will help you move up to your next level of fitness.

After finishing Lisa’s 8 Week challenge in June , I was excited to get back at it after the summer was over . In September I signed back up, bringing my husband along with me this time. After the 12 weeks of working out and eating better - I feel great! Losing those last few stubborn pounds , as well feeling like I have the energy to keep up to my 3 small kids. When the kids see me getting in my workouts and cooking healthy meals it makes me proud to set a good example for their future. I loved the support Lisa gave us throughout the challenge and I am looking forward to signing up again.

So I feel like I’m on a journey a journey towards health it’s been slow and steady this is my third challenge in this journey to health.... I want to thank Anytime fitness and especially Lisa Glazebrook... because without you guys this journey wouldn’t be possible because you guys put me in the right frame of mind... I look around the gym and I see nothing but results so I think we’re all winners once again thank you Lisa Glazebrook!

Before starting Lisa's 12 week transformation I was working out fairly consistent and eating somewhat healthy but definitely stuck in a rut! Since being on her program for almost 6 weeks I have made such progress in my fitness and eating and managed to lose 9 pounds without feeling like I'm on a diet! I found out throughout this process that I had been dehydrated for forever, not eating regularly, and not pushing myself in my workouts. Every week of the transformation I see positive results in the mirror and I am pushing myself harder harder in the gym. Lisa is so helpful with the feedback on my food journal and helping me to maximize my results in the gym!! I am looking forward to see what I have accomplished by the end of the 12 weeks. I highly recommend Lisa's transformation program!

My experience with the challenge was tough. Towards the end and now I️ don’t think I️ will eat another vegetable for a very long time. I️ definitely struggled on my diet. The work outs I️ really did like even though there was a lot of times I️ didn’t want to go. My biggest fear was hurting my back or getting another hernia. But I️ trusted Lisa that she watched me that I️ wasn’t lifted or doing something wrong. I’m not sure if Lisa realizes how much she did push me, but it was a lot. And this fat ass needed it. I️ do feel like I️ have more energy and a lot bigger sex drive. (Not sure if you need to hear that). I️ definitely got my money’s worth with your guys poor sweat towels, all and all thank you so much!!! Lisa you are definitely very good at your job, and I️ know you care and have passion on what you do!!!My new challenge is now to maintain or lose more weight. But if I️ fail I️ know I️ can go back and get another beating with Lisa.

This was my second 12-week challenge and I feel that this time has brought about a huge shift (both mentally and physically) even more than with the previous challenge. Not only am I fitting into clothes that I bought pre-chemo, and feeling good about the way I look for the first time in two years, but I feel like something just “clicked” this time with how I can attain and maintain a healthy life. With Lisa’s support and advice, I have figured out which foods trigger negative reactions in my body, and what to replace those foods with in order to feel good and have more energy. What I appreciate the most is that Lisa is always just a text away. Always willing to answer questions, send ideas for recipes, and give out workouts to do on your own. And this is always done without any judgement. This challenge could only be successful if I made the effort. Lisa cannot do it for me. I needed to make good food choices, I needed to push myself in the gym, I needed to make the shift towards a healthier lifestyle (not just for 12 weeks). And while all of this rested on my shoulders, it becomes infinitely easier with the support, understanding and encouragement of Lisa and my fellow “teammates”! Thank you, Lisa, for being the catalyst in turning my life around health wise, and for your continued support in my move towards true healthy living.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am for making the decision to take your challenge. I also must say that I am extremely proud of myself for taking it seriously and following through. That is what I believe helped so much with my success. I have regained so many good habits and have kicked a few bad ones to the curb. I’m comfortably working out regularly and walking when time allows, but most importantly I’ve cut down on mindless snacking when I’m bored or sitting. Although it wasn’t the purpose of the challenge, I’ve lost 15+ lbs. just by working out again and cutting out that needless snacking. Those white pants I showed you at the beginning of the challenge, are now a little too big (I forgot to get Lance to take my pic with them on) My clothes, which some I’ve had for years, fit the way I’d like them to fit. I have so much energy, and most days getting up at 5am to workout isn’t hard at all. I so enjoy my workouts. I often think back to that first workout, it was a struggle, I felt nauseated and I was in pain for days. I think that’s my new favourite workout now, it’s so much easier to complete and it reminds me how far I’ve come. We’ve always had fairly healthy eating habits, but sometimes the sauces and extras creep up on you. And the daily baileys and wine didn’t help either. Taking a step back from all of that has helped so much. It’s now an occasional treat, and I must say it is soooo much more enjoyable now. Last but not least, I can’t thank you enough for your support. When I called you prior to the challenge to explain what we’re going through, you were so understanding and genuine, which is why I love working with you. In the past, going through difficult days, usually meant things were derailed and didn’t get back on track. Having the daily check ins and hearing from you if I missed some really kept me going. I’m so happy and proud to be back on the right path. Thanks again for getting me there.

I started this 90 day challenge with the intent to get into “shape.” I never realized how much I would learn about healthy eating habits, proper portion sizes and how much CRAP they put in to the “healthy” foods I was eating, not only have I altered how I cook but my family has also benefited by new recipes ideas given by Lisa, my husband has even noticed a difference in his overall health. The exercise programs where challenging and got my heart rate up with encouraging me to push my endurance and strength, Lisa provided new weekly programs every 2 weeks without hesitation when I wanted to switch it up. Lisa also helped me recover from back pain and shin splints, the amount of information she provides is endless and easy to understand and LADIES the time of the month affects so much more than your mood and outfit choices! I learned so much about how strong I am both physically and mentally with the encouragement and guidance provided by phone, text and email. The accountability you have helps the most by getting points for physical exercise and sending in your food choice info. I’m competitive as all hell so I tried my best to do the most I could! It’s affordable to do at $100/month. I don’t have a lot of exercise equipment, no cardio machines, I am a Mom of a 3 year old and 1 year old, I returned to work in the last month of the challenge and balanced the household. ladies we are the glue that holds our families together. If I can do this for 90 days you can too! I got my ass out of bed at 5 a.m, I biked with my kids in the chariot Rain or shine and I incorporated them into most workouts. You can do it too! The results have shocked me and I am so proud of myself for completing the most challenging workout competition I’ve ever done. It helps if you have a friend to do it with too! Make yourself a priority so you can teach your kids to take care of their bodies by setting the best example. We only got one body and one life, now get after it!

We have all been there at some point...staring into your closet wondering how it happened that you suddenly can’t fit half those kick ass clothes. So you sigh and pack them up into a “someday box”. Today my someday box has four pieces of clothing in it...it used to be four plastic bins. A hazard of life full of easy decisions. This past year has taught me how dangerous “ easy” is and that taking the time to make better choices and have a semblance of a plan to follow can be just as “easy”. But also to be careful of throwing that word around-everyone’s life is different and easy for you is fucking Mount Everest to others; about the importance of supports and sometimes that’s just one or two people who will be right there getting their asses kicked in the gym or shoving their faces full of food with you. It took me way too long to realize I had those supports all along and that I was blocking myself. So I guess this year has been a journey to friend myself-it’s not over but I’m not done. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this journey so far and those in the future...but most importantly-thank you to myself for starting the change and making the decision.

I started this challenge because I wanted to change for physical appearance I wasn't happy looking the way I was, I new that without going to the exercise classes and managing my food properly I would not change I remember a couple of weeks in I looked at the words in the gym if it doesn't challenge you it won't change u and I new I had to try my best with lots of hard work and excellent coaching and great work out friends I did I noticed on the scale first then in the mirror. I really wanted to win this challenge being the completive person I am and without I did I won in my own eyes I learned how to manage my eating to work out and make it fun so thank you so much Lisa!
